In this support guide, you will learn how to access your cPanel account from the Wegeex client panel.
- Log In to Your Account
1.1. Access the Login Page: Go to account.wegeex.com and log in to your account using your credentials.
- Locate Your Active Products/Services
2.1. View Active Products/Services: In the dashboard, navigate to the “Your active products/services” section. Here, you will see a list of your active services and products.
2.2. Find Your Hosting Plan: Locate your hosting plan in the list of active products.
2.3. Click Log in to cPanel: Click on the “Log in to cPanel” button next to your hosting plan to access your cPanel dashboard.
Important Note:
Suspended Hosting Plans: If your hosting plan is suspended, you will not be able to log in to cPanel. Please contact customer support to resolve any issues with your account status.
